PLEASE HELP BY FOLLOWING THE RECYCLING SITE GUIDELINES.

YOUR COMPLETE COOPERATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED BY THE SUPERVISORS AND LYCOMING COUNTY.

LYCOMING COUNTY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES RECYCLING SITE GUIDELINES:

#1.   Deposit only food and beverage bottles and jars into the glass containers.  No cardboard Please!  No light bulbs or window (plate) glass.

#2.   Deposit steel/tin cans only into the Steel/Tin Cans Container.  Please do not place scrap metal, clothes hangers, spouting, or other metals into this container. 

 #3.  Deposit only #1 (PET) and #2 (HDPE) plastic bottles and jugs into the plastics container.  Please DO NOT place swimming pools, lawn furniture, pool covers, buckets, flowerpots or motor oil containers into the plastics recycling container.

 #4.  Please take the plastic “grocery store” style bags home with you after dropping off your recyclables. Most grocery stores have containers for the recycling of these bags.

 #5.  Do not leave trash or other non-recyclables at the site. 

 #6.  Please contact (800) 736-7559 if you have questions or to report a full container.  Do not leave materials “on the ground” if the container is full.
